Shipping Process

We package and ship items as soon as possible. Items usually ship within 1-3 business days.

Customer is e-mailed when order is fulfilled and shipped. Tracking information is provided via e-mail.

Items are shipped via USPS or UPS with appropriate insurance.

Returns and Exchanges

Thank you for shopping with us at Civil Studios. Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of purchases for unworn items with original tags.

To return your product, email civilstudiosco@gmail.com. Include order number as well as reason for return. We will provide you return instructions within 1-2 business days of your request. Please note that you are responsible for shipping costs and the safe return of merchandise.

If you process your return within 30 days from the date of purchase and we receive your item, we will refund your original form of payment minus original shipping costs.

You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed. Once your return is approved for a refund and your item is received, then your refund will be processed within 3 business days. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please note that your financial institution may take longer to reflect the transaction. 

If you are expecting a refund and haven’t received it after one full billing cycle on your credit card statement, we suggest you contact your credit card company first, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted or it may be in process.
